Ensure you have at least 2" of depth inside your window reveal with no obstructions. Take the width measurement across the top of the window reveal from left to right. To measure your drop, take the measurement of the height of your window reveal from top to bottom. Remember to round down inside mount measurements to the nearest 1/8".

For the width, measure across the top of your window frame. Then measure the height from the top of the window frame to where you'd like the shade to finish. This will be your drop measurement. For more info see our easy How to Measure guides.

Our Roller Shades are fabricated in our Dallas Fort Worth facility and dispatched the following business day for all orders placed before 5pm eastern time.

If a defect in material or workmanship arises within 5 years, you can return your blinds to us and we will either repair or replace them (see Terms & Conditions for details).

Soft Fold Roman Shades have a face fabric which is hobbled onto the lining at regular 6in intervals to create cascading soft folds. Patterns with a large repeat will appear slightly interrupted in each fold.

A Flat Fold Roman Shade is a simple and plain style of Roman Shade which is an excellent choice for fabrics with large scale or vertical patterns. When fully extended the entire pattern of the fabric is displayed. Tack stitches used to attach the cords and rings are visible on the face of the shade and inner rods can be visible when backlit.

A Plain or Classic Pleat Roman Shade is a structured, contemporary Roman Shade. It has rear support pockets on the back of the shades to create neat pleats which stack efficiently and look great. Whilst all fabrics are suited to the Plain Pleat style, they are better suited to fabrics which are solid or striped as the back pockets interrupt the pattern of fabrics with vertical patterns.

Our Roman Shades are manufactured within 5 days and shipped to you then. Depending on where you are located you should receive your Roman Shades within 7-10 business days.

Our motorized Roman Shades can be made to a maximum of 115in wide x 120in drop.

A cordless Roman Shade can be made to a maximum of 84in x 84in. If you require a size larger than that, we believe our child safe motorized Roman Shades are the best option.

Our Roman Shades can be manufactured with either Light Filtering, Thermal Sateen or Premium Blackout linings. Each of these options has an impact on the functional performance of the Roman Shade you order.

Our Standard Light Filtering Lining is a basic lightweight lining. It is 70% polyester/30% cotton. It's primary purpose is to protect the room facing fabric from sun damage. It also provides a consistent neutral color to outside. Out Light Filtering Lining is available in ivory or white.

Thermal Sateen Lining is a more energy efficient light filtering lining option. Whilst still letting light pass through, it is made from a medium weight 100% polyester. It has a 1 pass acrylic latex foam backing with a smooth sheen finish. This lining provides protection from heat & cold and protects from UV rays which could fade the shade fabric. This option comes in either ivory or white.

Our 100% Premium Blackout Lining is a heavy weight, 100% polyester with a 3 pass acrylic latex foam backing. It blocks out 100% sunlight. Whilst we take all precautions necessary to avoid piercing the lining, on the Plain Pleat Roman Shades the fabric can sometimes shift and some light seepage may still occur in intense sun conditions. This lining comes only in white.

Our Cellular Shades are fabricated in our Californian factory and dispatched within 2 business days of your order being placed.

Cellular Shades can be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner or a clean dry cloth to wipe away any dust or dirt.

Our cordless Cellular Shades can be made to a maximum width of 94in and a maximum drop of 84in. If you need a larger shade we can make them up to 118in x 118in with motorized control.

A 3/4in Cellular Shade weighs less than a 9/16in Cellular Shade because there is less fabric per square yard. This means that the cells of the shade are larger and can hold more air within them, which makes them more energy efficient. Because the cells are larger, not as many are needed for the drop of the shade which also means it can stack tighter when open.
