What is the lead time for Vista Blackout Roller Shades?

Vista Blackout roller shades are fabricated in our Dallas Fort Worth facility and dispatched the following day (if ordered before 5pm easter time).

How do you clean Vista Blackout Roller Shades?

Vista Blackout Roller Shades can be cleaned either using a vacuum cleaner or by gently wiping with a sponge and mild soap. It's important not to use any solvents on the fabric and we also recommend you never soak or rub the fabrics.

What is the maximum width of a Vista Blackout Roller Shade?

A Vista Blackout Roller Shade can be made up to 110in wide. This is restricted by the width of the roll the fabric is supplied to us on.

Our Roller shades come in a selection of three main types of fabric, Blackout, Light Filtering and Solar Shade. Depending on the application these fabrics can either black light out completely, diffuse and soften the light entering a room or protect from UV rays whilst still allowing you to enjoy a view to nature.


Motorization available

Whilst all our product conform with national Child Safety requirements, motorization is an excellent choice for increased piece of mind. Our motorized roller shades can be connected to a home automation system and be controlled via an app with the addition of a Bond Hub.


Pair with a sheer curtain

One of the most on trend looks currently is to pair a motorized blackout roller shade with a sheer curtain. The blackout roller give the functional control of darkening your room with the press of a button, whilst the sheer curtain softens the finish of a room and looks simply gorgeous!

What is the lead time for Roller Shades?

Our Roller Shades are fabricated in our Dallas Fort Worth facility and dispatched the following business day for all orders placed before 5pm eastern time.

How do you measure for outside mount Roller Shades?

For the width, measure across the top of your window frame. Then measure the height from the top of the window frame to where you'd like the shade to finish. This will be your drop measurement. For more info see our easy How to Measure guides.

How do you measure for inside mount Roller Shades?

Ensure you have at least 2" of depth inside your window reveal with no obstructions. Take the width measurement across the top of the window reveal from left to right. To measure your drop, take the measurement of the height of your window reveal from top to bottom. Remember to round down inside mount measurements to the nearest 1/8".

If I change my mind, can I cancel my order?

Because we custom manufacture all our orders we are unable accepts cancellations once your order has been confirmed. If you place an order and change your mind please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to stop your order. In these circumstances we’ll advise you of any costs that have already been incurred in making your blinds. We will then refund your purchase price, less expenses incurred.

What’s covered by the 5 year warranty?

If a defect in material or workmanship arises within 5 years, you can return your blinds to us and we will either repair or replace them (see Terms & Conditions for details).
